What is the Platinum Membership: Etsy-like Store-in-a-Box Edition?

The Platinum Membership is an all-in-one e-commerce business solution designed for Filipina SAHMs, WAHMs, and aspiring entrepreneurs. It provides you with a ready-to-launch, white-labeled online store (like Etsy), over a hundred thousand++ original illustrations and digital products.

What do I get when I join the program?

You’ll receive:

How much does the Platinum Membership cost?

Are there any monthly payments after I join?

Yes. A 40-day grace period begins once we officially endorse the account to you. After that, the following apply:

• ₱5,500/month – CommandShift Subscription (Required)

This covers ongoing access to your e-commerce platform, CRM, automation tools, and store hosting. It’s essential to keep your store running smoothly.

• Domain Name (Annual Payment – Estimated ₱900 to ₱1,200/year)

Your store needs a custom domain. Purchasing a domain is not required if you already have one you'd like to connect. If you choose to buy a domain, it is billed annually, and the exact cost will depend on your preferred domain name and extension (.com, .ph, etc.). We’ll assist you with setup during onboarding.

Note: You may cancel either subscription at any time. However, the CommandShift subscription and a connected domain name are required to keep your store live.

Can I still use the store if I cancel the ₱5,500 monthly subscription later?

No. The CommandShift subscription is essential for keeping your store live and operational. If you cancel or miss your payment, your store will be deactivated until you renew the subscription. If your store is inactive for three months, your store will be deleted.

Do I need tech skills to get started?

Not at all! You don’t need any tech skills to get started.
The system is beginner-friendly and comes with complete coaching, guided tutorials, customizable templates, and automation tools that handle most of the heavy lifting for you.

What’s important is that you’re willing to learn. While the tools make things easier, managing your store still requires you to go through the steps and understand how things work. But don’t worry—we’ll guide you every step of the way!

Can I customize my store?

Absolutely! Your store is fully customizable, and all digital products come with immediate resell rights, allowing you to match your unique brand and audience.

When can I launch my store?

You can launch as soon as your payment gateway is connected.

Your store, products, and starter systems are already provided, so you can go live within days—not weeks or months. Once you’ve linked your PayPal or Stripe account, or received your activation notice from SaligPay (local gateway), you’re good to launch.

Just make sure to fully customize your website before going live to reflect your brand and messaging!

What if I have questions or need help after I join?

You’ll be part of an exclusive community with access to Q&As, peer support, and ongoing coaching to ensure you grow confidently every step of the way.

Will I be selling physical or digital products?

This done-for-you store is designed for selling digital products—like planners, journals, stickers, and more. That means no inventory, no shipping, and no handling—perfect for moms who want a low-maintenance, work-from-home business.

While the system is built primarily for digital products, you can sell physical products too—you’ll just need to handle the production, shipping, and fulfillment on your own, since those are not included in the package.

How do I receive payments from my customers?

Your store supports multiple payment gateways—you just need to choose one and connect it during setup. Here's a quick overview:

Best for PH customers.

Individual Account: Cards, Maya, QRPh only

Business Account: Needed to activate GCash

Requirements: Facebook Business Page, contact info, and (for business account) DTI/SEC/BIR docs

Do I need to register a business to start?

Not initially. But for long-term growth and legal operation, we recommend eventually registering with DTI/SEC and BIR. We can guide you through that when you’re ready.

Are there any additional requirements to activate my account?

Yes—just a few simple steps to activate your store:

After payment, your store will be prepared and ready for customization.
✅ You’ll need to connect at least one payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, SaligPay, or Manual)
✅ For SaligPay or Stripe, be ready with basic business/contact info and any required documents.

Once your website is customized and your payment gateway is connected, you’re ready to launch.

We’ll guide you through every step!

Can I sell my own products on the store too?

Yes! You can add and sell your own digital products alongside the ones we provided. Your store is fully customizable and scalable.

Can I completely change the website or shift to a different business model (e.g., from digital products to coaching or physical services)?

The Platinum Membership is designed specifically for an Etsy-like digital product store setup. While you have flexibility in customizing your brand, the core structure and pricing are optimized for digital product-based e-commerce.

If you wish to shift to a different business model—such as:

• A coaching business

• A spa, wellness, or physical service-based business

…then your site will fall under a different business model within the CommandShift platform.

What you can do within the Etsy-like framework:

• Add your own digital or physical products

• Customize your branding and niche—as long as digital products remain the primary offering

We periodically monitor store alignment. If we observe a full business model shift, we’ll notify you and guide you through the transition to the appropriate CommandShift plan. If you're planning a major pivot, just let us know—we’ll help you adjust smoothly and ensure you're on the right plan for your business type.
